Uncertainty… As I’m sure most are feeling right now in this world. A lot of unstable energy is surrounding us and during these times of uncertainty and intensity of fear we all feel.

It is very important to find comfort in even the little things, such as curling up with a good book and drinking a favorite tea or beverage you love, taking a special virtual relaxation and stretching class and even taking a walk outside to ground yourself can be very healing as it reminds you that you are safe, you are alive, you are connected to nature and you are grounded.

Don’t make this time an excuse to isolate from talking to others, with technology there are ways to have time with friends and family and say how you are feeling, it will release the tension and fears you may have inside you.
