The Only Constant We Can Count On Is Change

The only constant we have in life is that everything changes.  The seasons, the people and experiences surrounding us and most importantly our inner world and our outer world. Like a flower that blooms in the spring, you are slowly opening, evolving and changing. This month for me has been a period of reflection over all the big changes in my life thus far. A time to look back at how much I have changed over the years, and especially this year. Every year around this time I like to take this opportunity to check-in and take stock of where I was last year.

I pat myself on the back for overcoming challenges. All the moments, I stepped through the portal of the unknown in order to expand my awareness even more. Who am I now? How have I changed? Have I met the goals I set for myself at the end of the previous year? One major thing I am noticing is that it feels as though time is speeding up. In the sense that I feel that changes in my emotional and spiritual evolution. And those wonderful AH-HA moments, are occurring much more rapidly. Instead, over periods of months now its more like I feel major changes in 12 hours, 8 hours, and even 4 hour periods. Here are a couple of goals I have for the coming year.

I would also love to hear from you! Please feel free to share a couple of your goals for this coming year, in the comment section below. 1) To make my main priority of every day to feel happy inside so that this joy will expand in every way attracting more and more good into my life as well ripple out to those around me. 2) Travel to at least two new sacred sites on the planet this year. As we begin to change our consciousness and get in touch with the light inside of us we can effect great changes in our outer world. It is who we become that changes the world. We are the ones we have been waiting for 🙂
