Staying Grounded

This is a special time on the planet so much is changes around us so very fast. Those of us who are aware are able to feel that veil between spirit and matter is thinning making the subtle realms more vivid and tangible. Therefore, it is important to learn how to navigate this consciousness-expanding process. And how to ground deeply though our bodies/souls in order to fully embody this constantly changing flow of life force, to maintain health and well-being.

If you are experiencing any of the following, you may want to try the simple techniques to staying grounded listed below: Dizziness, feeling spaced out, light headed or a floaty feeling, forgetting appointments or other important things misplacing or losing things feeling generally unwell, totally lacking energy, tired and drained sensitivity to light and noise Feeling over stimulated and nervous bumping into things or other general feelings of clumsiness. It is critical to our health and well being to nourish ourselves, to remember that the earthly plane is just as valuable as that of the spiritual.

To stay connected to the fact that we all play a crucial part in the world. What ever your beliefs there are some simple practices that can make a huge difference in your life. Here are three simply ways to stay grounded:

1. Laughter and Play: Adults spend way too much time being serious and rigid. When was the last time you laughed so heard you cried? Children don’t know how to take life so seriously this is how they stay grounded, we can learn a lot from them. You don’t stop playing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop playing

2. Crystals:  There are many crystal that hold the property of grounding, here are a few of my favourites; Tiger Eye, Hematite and Boji.

note: All stones and crystals need to be regularly cleansed, to remove negative energies. Here are some ways to cleanse your crystals: sunlight, full moon light, salt, water, smudging, other crystals.

3. Nature: Our bodies are meant to come in contact with the earth as a natural healing grounding force. Take off your shoes and walk, sit or lying on the ground in your garden or in the favorite place in natural setting.
