The Spiral, one the most ancient symbols found in almost all cultures around the world and used in spiritual practices, holds with in it the universal pattern of growth and evolution.
The spiral embodies the goddess, the womb, fertility and life force energy and it is found in the natural world, in human physiology, plants, minerals, animals, energy patterns, weather, birth and death. The Spiral is a sacred symbol helps us us remember that we are always evolving on the journey in life. Here are some methods to explore self-healing with Spirals: Try them for pain relief, increasing energy, enhancing memory and opening your heart. Using your focus and attentions slowly skim clockwise spirals above any painful area on your body. You can also just imagine you have a spiral inside your body in the painful areas without using your hands.
The more mindful your attentions the higher the energy flow. No pressure is need this process is best done an 1 to 3 inches above the body. To Increase your energy rest one hand to your head and with your dominant had spiral down your from your 3rd eye to the base of your spine.
Make seperate spirals for each area/chackra of your body; neck, chest, belly, pubic bone. To stablize bring both hands down to your sacrum and hold there for a full minute. If you spend a long time Sprialing and you have been seated or laying down do this process before you stand up to help your self ground so you don’t get dizzy. This can also add in digestion or help nausea. Make 3 circles around your belly button clockwise, then massage 3 spirals from your belly button outward.
