Self improvement is a life long process,,,It takes time and effort, will power and patience, It represents a process of inner change, growth, getting rid of old habits and changing not only your mind set but your whole life. Meditation can be very helpful in this process, you dont have to spend hours a few minutes a day will make a big difference.
