Self-improvement is a life long process. It takes time and effort, will power and patience. It represents a process of inner change, growth, getting rid of old habits and changing not only your mindset but your whole life.
Meditation can be very helpful in this process. You don’t have to spend hours, a few minutes a day will make a big difference. Start with 5 to 15 minutes and work your way up. Whatever you do make sure you are comfortable. Writing down your thoughts, feelings and most importantly your goals on a daily basis is a dynamic tool for growing in this process. It will help you not only let go of past issues but also will help you realize what your goals are for your future. Growth takes time and it’s a learning process. With self we must learn that all good things come to those who wait.
