Love & Anger

I want to discuss an issue that I have personally faced. I am the type of person who gets upset at the tiniest things and that affects my mood. This also affects my relationships because I yell at my partner without noticing. This is not healthy because anger should be controlled, especially when being in a relationship. When you are upset just be honest and inform your partner that you are not in a good mood.

Try to remain silent than saying words that hurt. You also need to say sorry if you mess up. It is ok to open up to your partner and let them know when you are upset and especially why. Include them in your anger so that they can help you get out of it. Being in love has good and bad moments, anger is one of the bad moments. Once you know how to deal with it, not by yourself, you are on the right path.
