Living life with many blessings is about remembering and using all our gifts and resources in balance with nature and in harmony with each other. It’s about establishing connections with your spirit guides, discovering and using your gifts for the betterment of yourself and the betterment of others.
Its about making deep connections with nature by communicating with plant and animal entities. Important too is establishing contact with our personal spirit guides by opening our hearts to them and inviting our guides to introduce themselves. Its about being able to find that place of peace in the center of a storm and I don’t mean the eye of the tornado.
Finding peace in a chaotic world is an art that I practice on a daily basis. I do that by daily meditation, walks with my dog, unplugging from my phone and computer and interpreting my dreams. Taking pleasure in living simply and leaving a light footprint is truly a blessing. The many things that make each of us human are beautiful and unique. Take the time to recognize what makes you unique and gifted and really hone those gifts on a daily basis.
Be gentle with yourself and others as you walk with awareness on your healing journey. How we define ourselves in the face of personal challenges is important to our well being. Above all do something on a daily basis that gives back to mother earth and helps to support the survival of mother earth, plants, animals and people.
Do all that you can to support our planet. She has fallen on hard times as our very species seems hell bent on destruction of earth, plants, animals and each other. Once you make contact with your spirit guides they will help you to make your own unique contribution.Visualizing positive outcomes really enhances your many blessings. Your spirit guides are your allies that will support you and lift your understanding of any situation. They guide us without the constructs of society at odds with the world.
They are there for us when we need healing. Remember to breathe, dance, hug trees and play music, paint, stretch and write. Get in touch with your old soul. Pay attention to what you eat and drink and give thanks to the plants and animals that made this bounty possible. Juice, eat raw foods when possible. Tune in to your body and ask what nutrients it needs for health. Listen to how you feel after eating certain foods. Listen to your intuition about what is good for you and what is not. Choose healthful organic foods as much as possible. Growing some of your own food connects you to the earth in a direct and wholesome way. Share meals with others
