It’s that time of year again, where the ghouls and ghosts come out to play.  It is a changing time, a time of celebration and superstition.  In ancient times people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts.  In some cultures, it is called the day of the dead, and they burn candles to honor all their ancestors.

As the days grow shorter and the nights get colder, it is time to reflect on those we leave behind.  The boundary between worlds blurs, and the living and the dead can communicate.  Otherworldly spirits visit, to provide comfort and direction.

Halloween has always been a holiday filled with mystery, magic, and superstition.  It is a time when people communicate with their relatives and friends from the other side.  As you invoke their presence into your life, you can harness the subtle vibrations coming to you which may provide comfort and solace to your grieving heart.

It is a time of transformation, a chance to let go of decayed energy so that you can direct your path forwards towards the flow of your highest potential.  You may be feeling sensitive and deeply emotional during this time, and you are urged to channel these feelings towards a creative venture.

Celebrate the spirit of the holiday, engage with your relatives from the other side, and enjoy the festivities this October 31st.  Do you enjoy visiting houses and checking out the displays? Are you lucky enough to go trick-or-treating with your children?
